Common use of General Management Services Clause in Contracts

General Management Services. The Manager shall supervise and oversee all custody, transfer agency, dividend disbursing, legal, accounting and administrative services by third parties that have contracted with the Trust to provide such services ("Service Providers"). The Manager shall also be responsible for the performance of various administrative functions for the Trust including: (1) coordinate the efforts of the Trust's counsel and independent auditors; (2) provide officers for the Trust; (3) provide clerical, secretarial and bookkeeping services, office supplies, office space and related services (including telephone and other utility services); and (4) monitor state and federal law as it may apply to the Trust or Portfolios.
