General Professional Duties. Although the parties recognize that the commitment of an employee cannot be measured merely by time, the compensation set forth on Schedule "A" for regular professional duties is based on a professional week consisting of forty (40) hours on the school premises or at a duty-connected facility designated by the Employer. Full time certified employees shall be required to be on duty, at their work stations, 15 minutes before the beginning of the student day and 15 minutes after the end of the student day.
