General Provisions Regarding Reclassifications 15. 6.9.1 An increase in the volume of work shall not be the basis for a reclassification. However, the provisions of Article 17.2.2 shall apply. 15.6.9.2 The District shall do everything in its power to ensure that workers are not assigned nor expected to perform duties which are outside their job descriptions. Any time management proposes a reorganization, a description of all affected positions and recommendations for changes shall be provided to WVMCEA and the chapter president.
