General Requirements Services. Treatment of structural pest problems at the facilities listed in -005. Pests treated may include ants, cockroaches, mice, rats, pigeons, gophers, burrowing ground squirrels, termites, wasps, bees, fleas, pests of stored paper and other products, such as beetles, weevils and and others as specified by the IPM Coordinator. At a minimum, the Contractor will establish an integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program for the facilities seen during the walkthrough of March 2007. Program will include regular service visits for monitoring, inspection and treatment as needed. The contractor will also use these visits to advise the County regarding physical infrastructure or occupant use factors that may contribute to pest problems. The schedule for IPM Service visits will be arranged with and approved by the IPM Coordinator, of the General Services Department (GSD) of the County. Where on-call service is indicated, service will be one visit per phone request unless otherwise specified by the IPM coordinator. Service is expected within 48 hours of any request during normal business hours (M - F, 8 AM to 5 PM). After hours or weekend visits may be required for certain services. These may include termite treatments, removal of beehives and wasp nests, clean-up of rodent infested areas or other services as specified by the IPM Coordinator. Occasional face-to-face meetings with the IPM Coordinator are to be provided at no additional cost to the County.   • General Requirement Any notice, election, demand, request, consent, approval, or other communication required or permitted to be given under this Contract shall be in writing signed by an officer or duly authorized representative of the party making same and shall be delivered personally or shall be sent by certified or statutory mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, shall be effective as of the date on which it is received or would have been received but for the refusal of the addressee to accept delivery, and shall be addressed as shown in the Contract.   • General Federal Requirements 1. Grantee shall use such fiscal control and fund accounting procedures necessary to ensure the proper disbursement of, and accounting for, federal funds paid to the applicant under each such program.

  • Federal Requirement The Work to be performed under this Agreement may be paid for in part by federal funds and therefore is subject to federal statutes, rules, regulations, laws, orders and directives applicable to work paid for by federal funds.   • FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS In the event this Contract is paid in whole or in part from any federal government agency or source, the specific terms, regulations and requirements governing the disbursement of these funds shall be specified herein and become a part of this clause.

  • Federal Requirements Pertaining to Grants and Subrecipient Agreements A. Requirement to Have a Single Audit: In the case that this Agreement is a Grant that is funded in whole or in part by federal funds, the Subrecipient will complete the Subrecipient Annual Report annually within 45 days after its fiscal year end, informing the State of Vermont whether or not a Single Audit is required for the prior fiscal year. If a Single Audit is required, the Subrecipient will submit a copy of the audit report to the granting Party within 9 months. If a single audit is not required, only the Subrecipient Annual Report isrequired. For fiscal years ending before December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $500,000 or more in federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with OMB Circular A-133. For fiscal years ending on or after December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $750,000 or more in federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with 2 CFR Chapter I, Chapter II, Part 200, Subpart F. The Subrecipient Annual Report is required to be submitted within 45 days, whether or not a Single Audit is required.

  • General Requirements and Administration 2.1 The DEVELOPER agrees that the Property shall be developed and used only in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
