Common use of GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF DISTRICT Clause in Contracts

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF DISTRICT. A. District shall permit each student who is designated by the University, pursuant to Section II herein, to participate in the Student Field Placement program and permit such students access to resources and/or documents appropriate for such experience and assigned tasks. B. District shall maintain sole responsibility for Student Field Placement assignments rendered to students. C. District shall provide qualified administrators and/or educators for coordination and/or administration of the Student Field Placement program. D. District shall furnish appropriate learning resources in such a manner that there will be equal use thereof between the University’s students and students from other educational institutions, if any. E. District shall provide students with qualified Educators who are responsible for the educational activities, supervision, and evaluation of University students participating under this Agreement. Educator will be a resource person for students in the Student Field Placement program. Selection of Educators will be mutually agreed upon by the University and the District. F. District shall have the right, after consultation with University, to refuse to accept in Student Field Placement program any of the University’s students who, in the District’s judgment, are not participating satisfactorily in said program. G. District shall retain the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately request the withdrawal or dismissal from the program, any and all students whose presence causes a danger to persons or property or threatens to disrupt the instructional process. H. District shall advise participating students of requirement to complete a weekly time log form, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A – Weekly Time Log. Assigned District Educator shall review and sign off on Weekly Time Log form on a weekly basis.
