Uniforms and Identification. The University will provide uniforms and duty related equipment worn with the uniform and appropriate employee identification items for the uniform in accordance with the established policy of the department. The University will also provide cleaning for employee uniforms. 144. Related Clothing. All employees will receive an increase to their base pay by $213.00 per Sergeant to use for purchasing duty related clothing and equipment not supplied as part of the uniform. The timing of this change will be effective July 1, 2003.

The Airport shall reimburse Contractor the reasonable and actual costs incurred in changing or modifying the uniform if required by the Airport. The Airport may request the Contractor to remove an employee from his/her post without pay if he/she is not in uniform and /or not presenting himself/herself in a professional manner towards Airport patrons. In this event, the selected Contractor is required to provide a suitable replacement within one hour. The Airport shall not reimburse the selected Contractor for any employee-related costs from the time the employee is removed from his/her post until the replacement reports to the vacated post.

The uniforms must be of sufficient quantity to maintain good grooming and be clean and neat and worn at all times that the Operator is in Revenue Service. The Contractor will provide a sample of the uniform for the Program Manager’s approval prior to use. 2. Contractor shall supply and each employee must visibly wear a neck strap or clip- on badge bearing employee’s name, photograph and identification number. Contractor must control all identifying materials which are provided to employees; at minimum the Contractor must require that all ID materials must be returned by the employee upon separation. 3. At all times while performing their duties drivers must maintain a clean and neat appearance. Drivers must also adhere to a code of personal grooming and hygiene established by the Contractor. 4. Any Operator not wearing the approved uniform and ID card while on duty is prohibited from performing Services under the Agreement.
