General responsibilities of the Air Operator. 3.2.1 The Air Operator is required to perform the Service as defined in this Agreement and its appendices. The Air Operator carries out the Service as agreed, with due care and in accordance with the professional skills required by the tasks, as well as in a way that fulfils all of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and its appendices.
