Passenger compensation. 4.4.1 In the event that the Air Operator cancels a flight or a flight is delayed as provided for in Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Air Operator shall compensate the passengers for damages. The Air Operator shall also ensure that the operations are executed in compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air. For the avoidance of doubt it is stated that considering flight cancelled according to para 7.3.2 below is not in connection with passenger rights agreed in this paragraph 4.4.1.
Passenger compensation. In the event of cancellations, interruptions or delays or any other event attributable to the Carrier, as well as in the event of overbooking, the Carrier will compensate the Passenger in accordance with the rules contained in paragraph 3.10.2.13.2 of the Colombian Aviation Regulations (available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/autoridad-de-la-aviacion-civil/reglamentacion/rac).
