General Rules – Payment Schedule. All salary payments will be made on the last banking day of the calendar month worked. All salary payments will be made electronically unless a faculty member does not have an account for such purpose, in which case payment shall be by check. All instructors on a regular full-time contract will receive at least one-twelfth (1/12) of their contracted salary each month. Each instructor on a regular full-time contract may, upon request, receive the balance of money due on the last business day in June.

  • Payment Schedule Except as provided in section 6.10 Travel, Meals and Lodging, payments will only be made based on Deliverables outlined within the Authorized User Agreement. Any invoice not related directly to a completed deliverable will be rejected. Any charge included on the invoice without backup documentation as specified in the Authorized User Agreement (travel receipts, etc.) may be removed. Any outstanding charges un-invoiced or removed from the invoice must be submitted/resubmitted within 120 Calendar days or may not be reimbursed. Each Deliverable may contain a retainage allotment as specified within the Authorized User Agreement. Each invoice is to include a detailed and itemized list of all retainage withholds that are in place since the activation of the Authorized User Agreement. Payment schedule shall be based on the final Authorized User Agreement as negotiated by the Authorized User and Contractor. Payment is only to be made after the deliverable within the Authorized User Agreement is accepted by the Authorized User. A Contractor is encouraged to submit no more than one invoice per month. Invoices must include cumulative retainage holdback. Invoices submitted to an Authorized User must include backup documentation as defined in the negotiated Authorized User Agreement.

  • Additional Rules An Excess Amount or suspense account described in Part 2 of Article III does not share in the allocation of net income, gain or loss described in this Section 9.11. If the Employer maintains its Plan under a Code Section 401(k) Adoption Agreement, the Employer may specify in its Adoption Agreement alternate valuation provisions authorized by that Adoption Agreement. This Section 9.11 applies solely to the allocation of net income, gain or loss of the Trust. The Advisory Committee will allocate the Employer contributions and Participant forfeitures, if any, in accordance with Article III.

  • Prompt Payment Schedule Except as otherwise provided by law or regulation or in Sections 504.4 and 504.5 of this Exhibit, the Date of Payment by NYSERDA of an amount properly due and owing under this Agreement shall be no later than thirty (30) calendar days, excluding legal holidays, after Receipt of a Proper Invoice.

  • 213 Periodic Payment Schedule Pur- chaser shall make periodic payments for stumpage value, as shown in A19. In the event Purchaser has not paid the amount(s) stated in A19 as stumpage for volume removed by the periodic payment determination date(s), Forest Service shall issue a bill for collection for the difference between the required amount and payments made by Purchaser. However, (i) Users, whose usual workplace is located in the same country as the country where such use of the Licensed Programs has been authorized, may use the Licensed Programs in any other country (subject inter alia to the export and re-export laws and regulations provisions of the Agreement) for purposes of a business trip of a maximum of thirty (30) consecutive days and (ii) DS may authorize, on a case-by-case basis, the use of certain Licensed Programs by the Users (and Extended Enterprise Users, as applicable) on a Remote Access mode. It is agreed that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided in the Documentation, software components packaged and delivered by DS as part of a given DS Offering: ⮚ shall solely be used together and as part of such DS Offering and ⮚ shall not be used standalone and/or for other purposes than the ones for which such DS Offering has been marketed and granted to Customer by DS. If a patent invention is implemented in the DS Offering for which a right to use or access is granted pursuant to the Agreement, DS hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive license on the applicable patent limited to the use of such DS Offering.

  • Status of Salary Schedule The salary schedules are not to be construed as part of a teacher’s continuing contract. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, a teacher shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time that a successor Agreement is executed.

  • No Change to Payment Schedule Any application of payments, insurance proceeds, or Miscellaneous Proceeds to principal due under the Note will not extend or postpone the due date, or change the amount, of the Periodic Payments.

  • Retiree Benefits – Process for Payment Any bargaining unit nurse who retires and wishes to participate in the benefit plans as outlined in article 17.01(h) will provide advance payment of the benefits either through post-dated cheques provided on a yearly basis or through a preauthorized withdrawal process. It is understood that any transaction would be dated the first of each and every month. The Employer will notify the Union of the benefit costs to retired nurses in January of each year, and each time the benefit costs are renegotiated by the Employer.
