General standard. Astound shall use commercially reasonable efforts in keeping with normal industry standards to ensure the Services are available to you twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. It is possible, however, that there will be interruptions in the Services. You expressly understand and agree that the Services may be unavailable from time to time either for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, or for other reasons beyond Astound’s reasonable control. Temporary interruptions in the Services for such reasons, as well as all interruptions caused by you, or by force majeure events, will not constitute failures by Astound to perform its obligations under your Agreement.
