Web-based information and applications must conform to New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005 as determined by quality assurance testing. Such quality assurance testing will be conducted by the State Agency Authorized User and the results of such testing must be satisfactory to the Authorized User before web-based information and applications will be considered a qualified deliverable under the contract or procurement.
Application and Approval (a) 1. An employee shall make written application to her Employer on or before January 31st of the year in which the deferment is to commence, requesting permission to participate in the Plan.
Coverage and Application 1. This Agreement shall apply with respect to the avoidance or settlement of all disputes arising between the Parties under the covered agreements. When you register for Mobile Banking, designated accounts and payees (or billers) linked to your account through Online Banking will be accessible through the Mobile Banking service.
Licenses and Approvals Contractor shall obtain and keep current all necessary licenses, approvals, permits and authorizations required by Applicable Laws to provide the Work. Contractor will be responsible for all fees and taxes associated with obtaining such licenses, approvals, permits and authorizations, and for any fines and penalties arising from its noncompliance with any Applicable Law.

In default of such notice the Engineer-in- Charge shall be entitled to appraise the quality and extent thereof.
