General Terms and Routing. Both XXXXXXXXXXXXX.XXX INC., and Customer shall respectively comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, rules and regulations relating to the performances of the Services. Customer shall provide XXXXXXXXXXXXX.XXX INC., with all service details in writing including, without limitation, requested mode of transportation, points of origin and destination, description of the subject materials or products, and identification of the parties to the transportation. Unless Customer has specifically identified a mode of carriage and a specific carrier in a separate written agreement with XXXXXXXXXXXXX.XXX INC., XXXXXXXXXXXXX.XXX INC., shall have complete discretion in selecting the mode of transportation as well as the routing and all handling, collection and delivery details required to successfully accomplish the transportation of the Goods.
