GENERAL WORK RULES. A. Minimum Day’s Pay Any employee reporting for work at the regular starting time and for whom no work is provided, through no fault of his own, shall be paid for two (2) hours time at the normal rate, unless he has been notified before the end of his last preceding shift not to report or prevented from working by reasons beyond the control of the Contractor, such as inclement weather or completion of the job.
