Geographic risk. This Company Description contains certain market information relating to the property market in Sweden in general, and Götene, Jönköping, Lidköping, Nybro, Olofström, Tingsryd and Örebro in particular. Market values of properties in the area may decline in the future and adversely affect the Group’s financial condition, operations and earnings.

Geographic risk. The Fund’s performance could be closely tied to the market, currency, economic, political, regulatory, geopolitical, or other conditions and developments in the countries or regions in which the Fund invests. As such, the Fund’s performance could be more volatile than the performance of more geographically diversified funds.
Geographic risk. A natural disaster could occur in a geographic region in which the Fund invests, which could adversely affect the economy or the business operations of companies in the specific geographic region, causing an adverse impact on the Fund’s investments in, or which are exposed to, the affected region.

If, but only if, this Restricted Territory is held to be invalid on the grounds that it is unreasonably broad, then the Restricted Territory shall be any location within a fifty (50) mile radius of any Company office.

  • GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITS The Recipient shall be bound to this Agreement with: (check one)

  • High Risk Activities 1. The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Syncro and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.

  • Area The sphere of operation shall be England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

  • Competing Products The provisions of Section 21 are set forth on attached Exhibit H and are incorporated in this Section 21 by this reference.
