Geographical Access. Geographical access to board certified family practice physicians, pediatric physicians, primary care dental providers or ARNP's, experienced in child health care, of approximately twenty (20) minutes driving time from residence to provider, except that this driving time limitation shall be reasonably extended in those areas where such limitation with respect to rural residence is unreasonable. In such instance, PHP shall provide access for urgent care through contracts with nearest providers.

If, but only if, this Restricted Territory is held to be invalid on the grounds that it is unreasonably broad, then the Restricted Territory shall be any location within a fifty (50) mile radius of any Company office.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations through the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.
