Geotechnical Project Management. Attend Project Kickoff Meeting: XXX will attend one project kickoff meeting with the AGENCY and the design team. This meeting will review project objectives, communication protocol, and schedule. XXX assumes that this meeting will be virtual. • Project Coordination Meetings: XXX will attend up to twelve (12) project coordination meetings with the design team. HWA’s attendance will be used to convey the geotechnical considerations of the site to the AGENCY and the design team. • Invoice Generation and Processing: XXX will prepare monthly invoices, and progress reports for the duration of the design phase of the project. • Geotechnical Task Management: HWA will provide geotechnical task management to all geotechnical-related aspects of the project. XXX will correspond with the AGENCY and the design team in the form of emails, fax, and telephone calls, as necessary.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
