Four-Digit Date Compliance If this Agreement includes the purchase of systems, software, or instrumentation with imbedded chips, this section is applicable. Contractor represents and warrants that it will provide only Four-Digit Date Compliant deliverables and services to the JBE. “Four-Digit Date Compliant” deliverables and services can accurately process, calculate, compare, and sequence date data, including date data arising out of or relating to leap years and changes in centuries. GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS The District has empowered school communities to make decisions at the school level in return for accountability for results. Commercial Operation Date (COD 15.1.1 The Project shall be deemed to be complete when the Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate, as the case may be, is issued under the provisions of Article 14, and accordingly the commercial operation date of the Project shall be the date on which such Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate is issued (the “COD”).
