Golden Handshake. The Association will notify the Employer for discussion on providing Golden Handshake retirement benefits for bargaining unit members at times deemed appropriate by the Association. The Employer will provide Golden Handshake retirement benefits for bargaining unit members to the extent allowed by the Public Employees’ Retirement System (PERS).
