Common use of Golden Hours on Distant Location Clause in Contracts

Golden Hours on Distant Location. (a) Travel time to be used in the computation of Golden Hours shall be subject to the following: If travel time, with other than truck transportation as above provided in Paragraph 39(g), added to recesses (if any) immediately before and after such travel, totals less than eight (8) hours, such interval shall be deemed an "interruption" for the purposes of Golden Hours, but if such interval equals eight (8) or more hours, it shall be considered a "full rest period."
