Good Corporate Citizen. The DAR will consider: Whether you have been actively operating for at least twelve months and are financially viable. You may be asked to provide business documents, including for associated entities (if applicable) such as: o your Business Registration Certificate; o Australian Business Number (ABN); o Australian Company Number (ACN) (if applicable); o Trust Deed (if applicable); and o recent financial accounts or BAS statements; and o a letter of support from a registered Chartered Accountant or a Certified Practising Accountant confirming that you have been actively operating for at least twelve months and have the financial capacity to meet the migration obligations for the workers you wish to sponsor, for the proposed period that they will be employed by you. The letter must include the key financial data i.e. your turnover, net assets and profit/loss for the most recent financial year. If you have been subject to any relevant investigations or audits, resulting in an adverse finding to the business or any associated entities (including previously associated entities) in the last five years by bodies such as: o the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman, or former authority with this function, or relevant State or Territory government authority in relation to compliance with workplace relations provisions; o the relevant State or Territory government authority in relation to compliance with occupational health and safety provisions; and o The Department of Home Affairs (Home Affairs) in relation to compliance with migration provisions; then you will need to provide information about any such investigations or audits with this endorsement request. Any other relevant adverse information should also be declared.

  • Partnership Working 7.1 Partnerships will be supported by local authorities on four levels between:

  • Place of Employment Executive’s principal place of employment shall be the corporate offices of the Company.

  • Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise (“IVBE”) participation plan.   • Associated Enterprises (a) an enterprise of a Contracting State participates directly or indirectly in the management, control or capital of an enterprise of the other Contracting State, or

  • Partnership The Partnership shall be given days’ notice to purchase the ownership interest under the same terms agreed upon by the potential buyer.

  • Labor-Management Cooperation When an Appointing Authority initiates a planning process or management study which is anticipated to result in layoff, the Appointing Authority will meet and confer with the Local Union during the decision planning phase and again during the implementation planning phase. The Appointing Authority and the Local Union shall enter into negotiations regarding a Memoranda of Understanding upon request of either party to modify this Agreement regarding the implementation plans which shall include, but are not limited to, the following: • Length of layoff notice; • Job and retraining opportunities; • Alternative placement methods; • Early retirement options pursuant to M.S. 43A.24, Subd. 2(i); • Bumping/vacancy options for part-time employees to preserve their insurance eligibility or contribution; and • Other methods of mitigating layoff or their effect on employees.

  • Record of Employment At the conclusion of the appointment period, the University will provide a record of employment consisting of inclusive dates of appointment(s) and classification(s) if requested by the employee.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite provides an open source development environment that consists of Red Hat Enterprise Linux with built-in development tools, certain Red Hat Enterprise Linux Add-Ons, Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Real Time, Smart Management and access to Software Maintenance, but no Development or Production Support. If you use any of the Subscription Services or Software associated with Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite for Production Purposes, or use the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Subscription entitlement independently, you agree to purchase the applicable number of Units of the applicable Software Subscription. Red Hat does not provide Production Support or Development Support for Red Hat Enterprise Developer Suite.
