Governance of Health and Safety Committees. (a) The Employer recognizes and values the role of the health and safety committees. It shall establish health and safety committees consistent with the OHSA and Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development (MLTSD) requirements. This includes establishing and supporting Joint Health and Safety Committees (JHSCs) and other health and safety related committees.
