Governance of Placed People. Placed people (those funded via Health or joint Health and Social Care) have their care arrangements managed via Torbay and South Devon NHS Trust. Placed People activity sits within the Torquay Integrated Service Unit (ISU) and the governance arrangements within the ISU. Monthly performance reports are submitted to the CCG.

Governance of Placed People. With the negotiations that will take place during 2017/18 in respect of a revised relationship between the parties with notice having been served on the Risk Share (expiring 31 December 2017), there is a need to increase the focus on those areas where direct social care impact can be or needs to be identified. This will support discussions and options. In respect of Placed People, ASC will be clearly identified and reported alongside health, Continuing Health Care, with clear allocation between the two as to clients, activity and spend. The pooled arrangements continue to report within the existing structure whilst oversight will be undertaken through Social Care Programme Board for information purposes with the papers that will be enhanced to reflect this delineation which are reported to the Joint Executive This is displayed diagrammatically in Appendix 4

  • Scope, Consultations, Mediation and Conciliation Disputes between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall, as far as possible, be settled amicably or through consultations, mediation or conciliation.

  • Dispute Resolution, Governing Law and Jurisdiction The parties will make good faith efforts to first resolve internally within 30 days any dispute, including over an invoice, relating to the Agreement by escalating it to higher levels of management. If Client withholds an amount more than sixty days Accenture will be permitted to suspend performance until such time as the matter in dispute is resolved. The governing law and jurisdiction are set forth in the Order Form.

  • Dispute resolution and applicable law 1. The Parties shall first attempt to settle amicably any dispute arising out of this Agreement. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration, ousting jurisdiction by ordinary courts, by a panel of three arbitrators. Each party to the dispute will nominate one arbitrator. These two arbitrators will then designate a third arbitrator who will also act as chairman. The arbitration decision shall be binding on the parties. The arbitration rules of the CEPANI shall be applicable. The place of any hearing shall be Brussels and the language of the arbitration shall be English. Each Party may at any time request from any competent judicial authority any interim or conservatory measure.

  • Dispute Resolution and Governing Law 31.1. In the event that a determination of the Expert is sought under this Agreement:

  • Interpretation and Settlement of Disputes 6.1 Should any doubt or diverging views arise regarding the interpretation of any provision of the present Letter of Agreement or in case of dispute regarding its application, the parties shall endeavor to reach a solution acceptable to both of them.
