Governing Board to Promulgate a Plan of Operation. The Governing Board shall cause to be promulgated a Plan of Operation for the giving and receiving of Mutual Aid under the provisions of the LEMAA and shall promulgate Bylaws for the management of ILEAS. Both the Plan of Operation and Bylaws may be modified from time to time based upon the majority vote of the then current members of the Governing Board.

  • Recognition of Union Stewards and Grievance Committee In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the rights and duties of the Union Stewards.
