Government-Funded Programs. The Union will make every reasonable effort to co- operate with the Employer in implementing projects under programs funded by the Federal or Provincial Government.

Government-Funded Programs. 38.01 This Agreement does not pertain to any Employee hired under a Provincial or Federal Government assisted program.
Government-Funded Programs. May be available to the Centre from time to time, therefore the Centre may hire persons in accordance with the terms of the program, and at a rate of pay stipulated by the program. Such persons shall not be included in the bargaining unit. When a program becomes available to the Centre, the Local Union president shall be notified as to proposed duration, the persons to be utilized, the nature of the work to be performed, and the areas in which they shall be working. The Centre will not make use of these programs in a way that will cause the layoff of any full-time or part-time employee from her position.
