Government Information Systems and Information Awareness Requirements. All Seller employees with access to a government information system must be registered in the ATCTS (Army Training Certification Tracking System) at commencement of services, and must successfully complete the DOD Cyber Awareness Challenge Training prior to access to the IS and then annually thereafter, and must sign an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
