Government Orders. There are no governmental orders applicable to Buyer which have had a Material Adverse Effect on Buyer.
Government Orders. (1) The Agent is only accepting bookings for tours and Charters that are within the vessel’s COVID capacity and in accordance with the relevant government guidelines and travel restrictions. This capacity can change based on government orders. The Charter will be held to the capacity that was in place at the time The Charter was booked.
(2) Based on current guidelines at the time The Charter is confirmed, The Charter can proceed on the selected vessel, and operators and vessels work within COVID safe guidelines.
(3) The Agent and/or Operator reserve the right to refuse entry of anyone on the vessel if it will cause non-compliance with any Government order or law. No refunds will be offered.
(4) Closure of state/national borders should not be deemed a reason for a reschedule/ cancellation based on the below policy, if the charter can operate under NSW government orders.
Government Orders. If Motorola incorporates Products into products that Motorola sells to the U.S. government, Freescale makes no representations, certifications, or warranties whatsoever about compliance with acquisition statutes or regulations, except Freescale will comply with the clauses applicable to subcontracts for commercial items as set forth in Attachment B-1. If Motorola sells such products to any other public entity (whether state, local or international), or to a prime contractor or subcontractor of these entities, Motorola remains solely and exclusively liable for compliance with all acquisition statutes and regulations. Except as expressly provided in this section and Attachment A-1, Freescale makes no representations, certifications, or warranties whatsoever about compliance with acquisition statutes and regulations, including, without limitation, those that may relate to pricing, quality, origin or content.
Government Orders. No U.S. federal or state governmental ----------------- authority or agency or commission or U.S. federal or state court of competent jurisdiction shall have enacted, issued, promulgated, enforced or entered any law, rule, regulation, executive order, decree, injunction or other order that is then in effect and has the effect of making illegal the issuance of the Shares by the Company as contemplated hereby.

Government Orders. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Dadi may release or discard (or cause the Facility to release or discard) any or all deposits, without Client’s permission, or refrain from doing so despite receiving an authorization or instruction from Client, in each case if ordered to do so by any court of law or governmental body or agency of competent jurisdiction or upon the issuance of any law, regulation or advisory opinion requiring, in Dadi’s opinion, the release or destruction of such deposits. For purposes of this Agreement, “regulation” includes, without limitation, the requirements of any federal and state permits or licenses, held or required to be held by Dadi or the Facility and “agency of competent jurisdiction” includes any authority using any such permit or license.

Government Orders. In case any lawful government authority shall make any order with respect to the Project, Project equipment, or any part thereof, or the parties hereto, or either of them, the MPO/ RTPO or the consultant(s) shall cooperate with the STATE in carrying out such order and will arrange its operation and business so as to enable the STATE to comply with the terms of the order.

Except as disclosed on Schedule 3.22(b), no Government Order has been issued that is applicable to any member of the Company Group (or the stockholders, employees, directors or officers of any member of the Company Group, to the extent such Government Order relate to any member of the Company Group) or its Assets or the Business.
