Common use of Government Service Leave Clause in Contracts

Government Service Leave. Leaves of absence will be granted to employees for military purposes and for service in such federally sponsored organizations as the Peace Corps and VISTA. Applicable benefits under this Agreement will accrue to leaves granted for such purposes, provided that the person granted such leave will indicate his/her desire to return to his/her institution within ninety (90) days of his/her severance from the above service.

Applicable benefits under this Agreement will accrue to leaves granted for such purposes, provided that the person faculty granted such leave will indicate his/her a desire to return to his/her institution the College within ninety (90) days of his/his or her severance from the above service.
