Common use of Governor Appointed Committees Clause in Contracts

Governor Appointed Committees. When the Governor appoints an employee to serve on a committee, board or other body, time spent at meetings, and travel to and from meetings, of the committee, board or other body shall be considered hours worked. The employee shall not be reimbursed for time spent on other activities related to the committee when such time falls outside their normal work schedule.
