GPS Tracking Device. The Customer acknowledges that the Vehicle may be equipped or connected with a GPS tracking device and/or other similar communication services devises. The Customer hereby authorizes the Company to use any such device for which the Vehicle may be equipped or connected: (i) to track or locate any Vehicle which may be late for Drop-Off, reported stolen, suspected of being lost, stolen, abandoned or requiring roadside assistance; (ii) as required or requested by law enforcement; (iii) if the Company has a good faith belief that there is an emergency that poses a threat to the safety of the Customer or another person; or (iv) as necessary to defend, protect or enforce the Company’s rights in connection with this Rental Agreement. The Customer hereby waives, to the greatest extent permitted by law, any rights of privacy or confidentiality as to the places where the Vehicle may be driven while rented to the Customer.

GPS Tracking Device. (a) A GPS Tracking Device is fitted to the Motorbike to enable Us to track and monitor the Motorbike when it is out of Our possession. It has electronic tracking capabilities to determine its location. When You sign the Rental Agreement You are authorising Us to use the GPS Tracking Device to track and monitor the Motorbike until it is returned to Us.
