Grant of Deferral. City hereby grants to Owner a temporary deferral (the “Deferral”) of Owner’s obligation to install the Improvements. City’s grant of the Deferral is conditioned on and subject to Owner’s covenant to, among other things, install the Improvements and if necessary convey associated real property to the City promptly upon City’s written demand and to effect such installation and conveyance at Owner’s sole cost and in strict accordance with City’s specifications, rules, regulations and ordinances in effect at the time of such installation.

Related to Grant of Deferral

  • DEFERRAL Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Company shall furnish to Holders requesting registration pursuant to this Section 2.3, a certificate signed by the President or Chief Executive Officer of the Company stating that in the good faith judgment of the Board, it would be materially detrimental to the Company and its shareholders for such registration statement to be filed at such time, then the Company shall have the right to defer such filing for a period of not more than ninety (90) days after receipt of the request of the Initiating Holders; provided, however, that the Company may not utilize this right more than once in any twelve (12) month period; provided further, that the Company shall not register any other of its shares during such twelve (12) month period. A demand right shall not be deemed to have been exercised until such deferred registration shall have been effected.

  • Initial Enrollment Upon retirement, each new retiree who is eligible to enroll in plans under the Health Benefits Program shall receive uninterrupted coverage under the plan in which he or she was enrolled as an active employee, provided the employee submits all necessary applications and other required documentation in a timely fashion.

  • Grant Payments All grant payments are requested by submitting a Grant Payment Request. Payment Requests and supporting documentation must be submitted on the DOS Grants System at xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The total grant award shall not exceed $[award], which shall be paid by the Division in consideration for the Grantee’s minimum performance as set forth by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The grant payment schedule is outlined below:

  • Re-enrollment Any eligible employees who wish to join the Sick Leave Bank after their first year of eligibility will contribute two (2) days upon joining. Such membership may only be made during the month of October using the appropriate forms.
