Grantee Policies and Procedures. 4.3.1 Grantee shall maintain written policies and procedures aligned with best practices and approved by its governing body and shall make copies of all policies and procedures available to the City upon request. At a minimum, written policies shall exist in the following areas: Financial Management; Subcontracting and/or Procurement; Equal Employment Opportunity; Personnel and Personnel Grievance; Nepotism; Non-Discrimination of Clients; Client Grievance; Drug Free Workplace; the Americans with Disabilities Act; Conflict of Interest; Whistleblower; and Criminal Background Checks.
