A modification to your grant is not necessary to record changes of listed individuals, except for signatory officials. However, the INAP GOTR should be advised in writing of changes as they occur.   • Committee Representation The Union shall be granted representation on any committees that may be established to accomplish the aims of the Ohio Employee Assistance Program (E.A.P.).

  • Grantee Repayment System Agency may withhold payments to Grantee to satisfy any recoupment or liquidated damage imposed by System Agency under this Article. System Agency may take repayment from funds available under this Contract, active or expired, or any subsequent renewal, in amounts necessary to fulfill Grantee’s repayment obligations.

  • EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVES 13.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Alliance to appoint or otherwise select employees as representatives.

All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Agreement shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, the Subrecipient will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this Agreement.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.

  • Recipient’s Representative; Addresses 6.01. The Recipient’s Representative referred to in Section 7.02 of the Standard Conditions is the Minister of Finance.

  • Grievance Representatives Within 30 working days after the execution of this Agreement, the Union shall furnish the Xxxxxxx with a list of all persons authorized to act as the Chapter and UPI Local Grievance Representatives and shall update the list as changes occur. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The provisions of Article 15.4. shall also apply to the UPI Local Grievance Representative if he or she is an employee of the University.
