New Buildings. New buildings shall include adequate space to conduct interviews and meetings and provide counseling for students.
New Buildings. In Grantor's sole discretion, Grantor shall provide all electric power service to all New Buildings and to all Grantee's Space in the Grantor's retail service territory. Grantor shall perform and be responsible for site preparation and shall prepare foundations and fencing for all New Buildings on Grantor's property.
New Buildings. The Lessee shall not erect or permit to be erected on the premises any new buildings or make or permit to be made any addition to the building to be erected upon the premises, except in accordance with plans and specifications approved in writing by the Lessor.

Developer may build up to 1200 residential units, throughout the Property. New Buildings. In NU's sole discretion, NU shall provide all electric power service to all New Buildings and to all NECOM's Space in NU's retail service territory. NU shall perform and be responsible for site preparation and shall prepare foundations and fencing for all New Buildings on NU's property. NECOM shall install all New Buildings and Equipment used in equipping NEON and in cooperation with NU when such installation is on NU's property. NECOM shall Confidential Materials omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Asterisks denote omissions.
New Buildings. In NU's sole discretion, NU shall provide all electric power service to all New Buildings and to all NEON Optica's Space in NU's retail service territory. NU shall perform and be responsible for site preparation and shall prepare foundations and fencing for all New Buildings on NU's property. NEON Optica shall install all New Buildings and Equipment used in equipping the NEON Network and in cooperation with NU when such installation is on NU's property. NEON Optica shall reimburse NU for its Actual Costs incurred pursuant to this Section 8.
New Buildings. The Grantor shall have the right but not the obligation to manage the construction of all New Buildings and modifications to Grantor-owned buildings located on the Grantor's property. The Grantee shall be solely responsible for all work and costs associated with all New Buildings and modifications to buildings not located on the Grantor's property.
New Buildings. Positions created as the result of the establishment of new buildings by the Employer shall be considered to be vacancies and subject to this Article and all other provisions of the Agreement. It is understood and agreed that this clause is intended to apply to low-income housing projects for families and seniors. Should the Employer choose to establish any future project(s) that represent a departure from its traditional housing portfolio, such project(s) shall be subject to the Bargaining Unit Composition clause found in Article 3.01 of this Collective Agreement.
New Buildings. All new commercial office buildings, completed after November 15, 2023, in excess of 300,000 square feet in the City of Boston and in Cambridge, shall be staffed with full-time employees in compliance with the building owner's requirement. In all such buildings, the employer will be able to keep one (1) part-time employee.
New Buildings. Provided that Tenant is not then in default under the Lease, and subject to the relocation and expansion rights of now existing tenants in the Project, Tenant shall have the right, at any time during the Term of the Lease, to elect for Landlord to construct a new "shell" office building ("New Building") on any of the then unoccupied "Building Pads" designated as such in Exhibit "B" to the Form Lease. Tenant may exercise this right by notifying Landlord in writing of its election and such notice shall specifically designate the Building Pad on which Tenant desires the New Building to be constructed. Any election by Tenant to have Landlord construct a New Building shall be subject to the approval of Landlord, in Landlord's sole discretion. Within thirty (30) days of receiving Tenant's notice exercising its rights under this Section 1, Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of its decision to construct the New Building or not. If Tenant exercises its rights under this Section 1 and Landlord elects to construct the New Building, then prior to Landlord being obligated to commence design and/or construction of such new building, Landlord and Tenant shall promptly enter into a new and separate lease for the New Building, with a minimum term of sixty (60) months, based upon then market-rate business terms ("Market Rate Business Terms"), as determined by Landlord and Tenant pursuant to the provisions set forth in Section 5 of this Rider, and otherwise on the terms and conditions set forth in the Form Lease.
