POSTING OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICES 54.1 A true copy of this Agreement shall be exhibited in a conspicuous and convenient place on the premises of the Employer and on every Employee's worksite so as to be easily read by Employees.
Granting of Sick Leave An employee shall be granted sick leave with pay when he or she is unable to perform his or her duties because of illness or injury provided that:
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE The purpose of this Interlocal Cooperation Contract [Contract] is to allow DIR Customer to purchase information resources technologies through DIR Contracts.
Posting of Agreement To ensure that the Parties are aware of the terms of the Agreement, and to assist in any resolution of a disputes or the avoidance thereof a copy of this Agreement shall be retained by the Employer at all times for ready access by any Employee on a project site or via access to the Employer’s intranet, and the Employer will provide a permanent copy for each Union Delegate or Employee representative and Health and Safety Representative on a project site.
Banking of RDOs (a) Where the Employer and an Employee agree up to five RDOs may be accrued for the purpose of creating a bank to be drawn upon by the Employee at times mutually agreed. Details of such banked RDOs will be entered on to each Employee’s employment records.
(b) Where there is a dispute in relation to the operation of this sub-clause and it is unable to be resolved at the workplace level, the matter will be determined in accordance with clause 10- Disputes Resolution Procedure of this Agreement.
Granting of Vacation Leave In granting vacation leave with pay to an employee, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to:
Accounting of Purchases Other than for consolidated accounting purposes, the Seller will not account for or treat the transactions contemplated hereby in any manner other than as a sale or contribution of the Transferred Assets by the Seller to the Purchaser; provided that solely for federal income tax reporting purposes, the Purchaser is treated as a “disregarded entity” and, therefore, the Conveyance of Transferred Assets by the Seller to the Purchaser hereunder will not be recognized.
Purpose of Meetings A meeting of Holders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Article 9 for any of the following purposes:
(a) to give any notice to the Company or to the Trustee or to give any directions to the Trustee permitted under this Indenture, or to consent to the waiving of any Default or Event of Default hereunder (in each case, as permitted under this Indenture) and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Holders pursuant to any of the provisions of Article 6;
(b) to remove the Trustee and nominate a successor trustee pursuant to the provisions of Article 7;
(c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.02; or
(d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the Holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Notes under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.
Posting of Positions Notice of any opening for a promotional position shall be posted in all schools and departments by the Division of Human Resources & Equity.
Calling of Meetings A director may, and the secretary or an assistant secretary of the Company, if any, on the request of a director must, call a meeting of the directors at any time.
