Common use of Graphics Clause in Contracts

Graphics. Landlord shall provide and install, at Tenant's cost, any suite numbers and Tenant identification on the exterior of the Premises using the standard graphics for the Building. Tenant shall not be permitted to install any signs or other identification without Landlord's prior written consent.

Any other signage related to Tenant's occupancy shall require Landlord's prior written consent and shall be installed at Tenant's cost. Tenant Building and no others shall not be used or permitted to install any signs or other identification on the Premises without Landlord's prior written consent.

All such letters and Tenant identification on the exterior of the Premises using numerals shall be in the standard graphics for the Building. Tenant Buildings, and no others shall not be used or permitted to install any signs or other identification on the Leased Premises without Landlord's ’s prior written consent. No signs, symbol or identifying xxxx shall be put upon the Buildings, or in the halls, elevators, staircases, entrances, parking areas or upon the doors or walls, without prior written consent of Landlord.
