Gratuity Credit. Gratuity shall not be credited when an employee is away on unpaid leave of absence for greater than twenty (20) working days within the two (2) month gratuity period. Gratuity shall be pro-rated to a half (1/2) day if an employee is absent on unpaid leave between ten (10) and twenty (20) working days during the two (2) month gratuity period.
