Green Building Policy. The Parties intend the VMC Project will achieve the highest level of certification reasonably attainable thought the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program, but in no event less than LEED Certified, using available VMC renovation budget resources. In light of the overall environmental and social benefits to be realized in the VMC Project and the budgetary constraints, and to the extent that PDC's Green Building Policy is applicable to the VMC Project, PDC agrees to waive PDC's Green Building Policy.
