Grid. 3.2.1 The amount of university education of a teacher and the years of teaching experience computed as hereinafter provided shall together determine the annual rate of salary to be paid to each teacher employed by the School Division. 3.2.2 The following are the minimum and maximum salary rates and the experience increments for each year of university education. a) Effective September 1, 2018
