Common use of Grid Clause in Contracts

Grid. 3.2.1. The School Division shall pay all teachers the salaries and allowances herein set forth and computed. All sums mentioned herein are “per annum” unless specifically stated otherwise. One (1) month salary shall be one-twelfth (1/12) part of the annual salary at the rate in effect that month. 3.2.2. The number of years of teacher education and the years of teaching experience, as computed according to this agreement, shall together determine the basic salary rate of each teacher employed by the School Division.
