Common use of Grid Clause in Contracts

Grid. 3.2.1 The following factors shall determine the placement on the salary schedule: a) The teacher’s Statement of Qualifications, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement; b) The teacher’s years of teaching experience, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 3.2.2 The teachers’ salary rates for each year of teacher education and experience are tabulated below in the applicable “Salary Schedule”. 3.2.3 a) Effective September 1, 2018
