GRIEVANCE AND ARBITRATION PROCEDURE Grievance Procedure. 7.01 A grievance will be defined as any difference, dispute, or complaint arising from the interpretation, administration, application, or alleged violation of this Collective Agreement, and must be submitted to the Company within five (5) working days of the event in question, or five (5) working days from the time the employee or the Union should reasonably have known of the occurrence of the event upon which the grievance is based, and must be submitted to the Company in writing within ten (10) calendar days, in accordance with the following procedure:
