Where an employee alleges that she has been discharged contrary to Article 15.01, such allegation is deemed to be a grievance and the employee may within ten (10) days of the date on which they were notified in writing or within twentytwenty (20) days of the date of their discharge, whichever is later, file the grievance at Step Three of the Grievance Procedure under Article 12.04.
