Common use of Grievance Level Two Clause in Contracts

Grievance Level Two. 1. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One or if no written decision has been submitted within 10 workdays of the Level I hearing, the grievance may be appealed in writing to Contract Administration. The Contract Administration representative shall immediately notify the Association as to the nature of the grievance, if the Association is not involved.

Grievance Level Two. 1. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One or if no written decision has been submitted within 10 workdays of the Level I hearinghearing unless there has been an extension, the grievance may be appealed in writing to Contract AdministrationAdministration the Labor Relations office. The Contract Administration Labor Relations representative shall immediately notify the Association as to the nature of the grievance, if the Association is not involved. New information will only be considered if not known or reasonably discoverable by the grievant at the time of the original grievance.
