Grievance Level Two. If the grievant deems the outcome of Level One to be unsatisfactory, he/she shall file a written notice to the Chief Human Resources Officer within twenty (20) working days of the Level One Grievance. The Chief Human Resources Officer, or his/her designee, will designate a district administrator as a neutral hearing officer. The Chief Human Resources Officer and CCSEA will conduct a hearing within five (5) working days of receipt of the grievance. An additional ten (10) working days may be granted with consent of both parties. A written decision will be rendered within ten (10) working days following the hearing.
