Grievance Procedure - First Step. Should an employee not receive satisfaction from his immediate Supervisor or Duty Manager pursuant to Article 9.06 hereof, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the First Step Meeting, he shall state his grievance in writing on the appropriate form and the Chief Xxxxxxx or his designee shall present it to the Station/Ramp Manager or their designated representative. The grievance shall provide a statement of the alleged violation and indicate the settlement requested. Within seven (7) calendar days thereafter, or within such longer period as may be agreed, the Chief Xxxxxxx or his designee shall meet with the Station/Ramp Manager or his designee to attempt to adjust the grievance. Within five (5) calendar days following this meeting, the Station/Ramp Manager, or his designee, shall deliver to the Union his answer in writing.
