Grievance Representative. A. Members of the Southeast Community College Faculty Association selected by the Association to act as Association Representatives within the context of the grievance procedure shall be known as "Association Grievance Representatives." The names of Association Members selected as Association Grievance Representatives for the ensuing year shall be certified in writing to the President by the Association no later than September 1 of each year.
