Grievance Step II - Board Level. If the grievance is not resolved to the satisfaction of the Federation or the grievant at Step I, the matter may be appealed to the Board by the Federation giving notice thereof within ten (10) days after receipt of the Step I decision. The grievance appeal shall be in writing. Upon receipt of the written appeal, the Board shall arrange to hear the grievance as a full body or as a subcommittee of no less than three (3) members no more than 20 days after the Board's receipt of the written appeal. The Board shall provide the grievant and the Federation a written disposition of the grievance no later than seven (7) days following the grievance meeting.
