Union Grievance Committee. The Union shall maintain a Grievance Committee. The Union shall at all times keep the Employer informed as to the individual membership of the Committee and the name of the Chair of the committee. The Union Grievance Committee shall not initiate any action on an employee’s behalf without the consent of the employee, and all grievances by members of the bargaining unit shall be delivered to the Union Grievance Committee. Members of the Grievance Committee, and/or Zone Representatives or designated alternates, authorized by the Union to attend to the adjustment of grievances shall be permitted such reasonable time off without loss of normal pay or benefits, provided no more than five (5) employees are absent from their normal duties at any time.
Union Grievance Committee a) To provide an orderly process for settling grievances, the Union shall select the Stewards and a Grievance Committee;
b) The Union shall notify the Employer in writing of the selected Stewards and Grievance Committee and of any changes made therein;
c) The Employer agrees to place on the bulletin board(s) an organizational chart showing the administrative structure and the line of authority in the facility/agency accompanied by an up-to-date list of persons in authority, up to and including the Administrator or Chief Executive Officer.
Union Grievance Committee. (a) The Employer shall recognize a Union Grievance Committee which consists of:
i. the President of Unifor Local 5555 or designate;
ii. the Unit 1 Chairperson or designate; and
iii. the Union Representative or Union Xxxxxxx who is representing the grievor(s).
(b) Recognizing that members of the Union Grievance Committee have regular duties to perform as Employees, Union Grievance Committee members will be given time off work to fulfill their responsibilities under this Article 6, including the investigation of a complaint. Before absenting themselves from their place of work, they must first obtain permission from their immediate Supervisor. Such permission will not be unreasonably withheld.
(c) Union Grievance Committee members shall experience no loss of earnings from regularly scheduled hours for time spent hereunder.

ii. the Unit 3 Chairperson; and
iii. the Union Xxxxxxx.

Union Grievance Committee. The Union Grievance Committee shall consist of the President, Chief Xxxxxxx and the xxxxxxx from the department concerned. A list of the Grievance Committee shall be supplied to the Company and kept up to date.
Union Grievance Committee. The Employer will recognize a Union Grievance Committee which shall consist of a Chief Xxxxxxx, and three (3) members elected or appointed from the bargaining unit, not more than two (2) of which Committee members shall meet with the Employer at any one time. The Employer shall be advised of the names of the members of this Committee and shall be notified of any changes from time to time. Each such employee shall have a minimum of four (4) months seniority.
Union Grievance Committee. In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the rights and duties of the Union Grievance Committee, which will consist of the President and/or designate and the griever. The Committee may assist any employee(s) which the Union represents in preparing and presenting a grievance.
Union Grievance Committee. In the processing of grievances, the Employer will deal with a Union Grievance Committee limited to three (3) employees. Shop Stewards will have the right to investigate a grievance during working hours providing they have the authorization of the department supervisor.
Union Grievance Committee. A Union Grievance Committee shall not consist of more than three members each from the Union and the Employer. Each side will advise the other of the committee members.
Union Grievance Committee. The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Union Grievance Committee.
