GRIEVANCES‌ 9.1 Grievance Procedure. ‌ The Employer and the Union agree that disputes arising from: (a) the interpretation, application or alleged violation of the Agreement, including all Memoranda, Letters and Addenda attached to the Collective Agreement including the question of arbitrability; or (b) the dismissal, suspension or discipline of any employee in the bargaining unit; will be resolved in accordance with the following procedures. 9.2 Step 1 ‌ In the first step of the grievance procedure, every effort will be made to settle the dispute with the designated local supervisor.
