Grievances and Due Process. All Residents have the right to raise grievances and receive due process on issues related to the work environment and the Program in accordance with MetroHealth’s Resident Due Process and Grievance Policy, which is contained in the Resident Manual and available from the Graduate Medical Education Office. All issues not covered by the Resident Due Process and Grievance Policy will be handled in accordance with applicable MetroHealth policies.
